Your data stays yours

A personal planner, without another account.

Life OS is designed for local use. Your entries are stored in your browser on the device you use. There is no Life OS account or cloud sync in this trial.

That means your planner is private by design — and it also means you should keep a backup if your data matters to you.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

A few details before you begin.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes. You can download the demo or open the online version without creating a Life OS account. This is a trial edition; product features may evolve as the app is tested.

Do I need to install anything?

No installer is needed for the standalone HTML demo. Download the file and open it in a modern browser. The hosted version opens directly from its website.

Will my information be shared with other users?

The hosted app stores planner data in your own browser storage, not a shared Life OS account. Data is not automatically synced across browsers or devices. If you use a shared computer profile, other people with access to that browser profile may be able to access its local data.

Will everything work offline?

The single HTML file contains the interface and can open without downloading app assets. Browser behavior for local-file storage varies, and the HTML file does not provide full PWA service-worker installation. For the intended installable offline experience, open the HTTPS version online first.

How do I save a PDF?

In the planner, select Print / PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog, if offered. Available print layouts depend on the current view and browser.

Can I use it on multiple devices?

Yes, you can open the hosted version on multiple devices, but the data is stored separately in each browser. Use the app’s JSON backup and restore options to transfer data manually.
